So this has been a really long week.On Thursday I got sent to hospital due to my health. I was having chest pain, tingling in my fingers, sweating.... Bottom line they thought I was having heart attack. They hooked me up to heart monitors, IV and got medication in me right away. Well they said it was not a heart attack. More a warning sign that I let things get to me. Between high blood pressure and stress I messed myself up.

How do you not let stress get to you. Below is list I got from the Internet of stress reducers. Do you have any good ones.

UPDATE: Friday I got a job so Now maybe things will turn around!!!!!!!!!!!

oh gosh girl, so many news... ups and downs...whew!!!!

first of all, congrats on your new job... yeay!!!!

second, i'm so sorry to hear you had to go to the hospital... now, let's work towards not letting a hospital warning be the wake up call anymore...

and third, a stress reliever...
i make a list of all the things that need to get done, either at work or at home etc.
i put them in order of importance and start by #1, as soon as i'm done with that one, i cross it out and go on to the next... if i have to add anything, that's ok, but i keep going down my list.

well, i hope you are feeling better...

by the way i started this weekend another round of P90X+, did i tell you already? maybe i did... :-P
