So I have a guilty conscious that I only worked out once yesterday. I told myself that I was going to do three workouts a day. It's weird I never use to feel bad not working out. I knew this time was different. I am am so determined this time to make it work. Usually when we go to my family for dinner I eat whatever is there and screw the diet. Not this time, I called ahead of time to make sure they had something we can eat! I also have learned that you can eat anything with moderation. Last night we went to a friends house who we have not seen in a long time and they ordered pizza. I know not good but I had two slices of white pizza loaded with spinach and a diet coke and I was fine.
I know this time is different..... this year I will be in a bikini and looking hot!!!!! So today I WILL DO THREE WORKOUTS!!!!! Maybe more :)

and if you would've had water instead of the diet soda, it would have been even better...
ok, just an idea for when you have to eat pizza, drink a protein shake afterwards, it will balance your meal a lot better, to help with all the bad carbs...
