Ok so I know it was only a fit test but it was hard! I'm not going to lie, I am out of shape but not for long. I am going to be one hot momma in a few months :)
I surprised myself today and was actually able to get out of bed the first time the alarm went off....no snooze button. I dragged my big butt downstairs and did my fit test. I am have a starting point and I can't wait to see how I progress over the next 62 days! I pushed my self so hard there were actually sweat puddles....I know ewwwww !
If that's from fit test can you imagine the actual workout. I don't know if I should be excited or scared ?!?!!?!?!
On a positive note, I had so much energy today it was riduculous. I don't know if it was from working out in the morning or if it was all just in my head but whatever it was I loved it!!!! By 9am I had done a load of laundry, showered, worked out, had breakfast with family ( we all ate) folded laundry, cleaned a very messy office spotless, dropped off kids at school..... I was busy!
Who needs speed when you can have INSANITY!!!!
Bring on day 2!
